Terms of Service

The service

Memnora records thoughts you speak, transcribes them, organizes them into threads, and lets you ask questions about them later. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features may require a paid subscription.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time inSettings → Delete account.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts, and everything derived from them are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, process it with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and return it to you when you ask. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Recording other people

Memnora is built for capturing your own thoughts. You are responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply where you are, including obtaining consent before recording anyone else.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, trials, and renewals follow the store's rules. You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings and keep access until the current period ends.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Memnora, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes. Voice and text input is sent to AI providers to fulfil your requests.

Microphone

Microphone access is used only for capture sessions you start. Memnora does not listen in the background and has no wake word. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings, though the app cannot record without it.

AI content

Transcription and generated answers are produced by AI and may be inaccurate. Memnora always keeps your raw words so you can check what you actually said. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on its output. Memnora is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features that need the network will not work offline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lantabur Softech and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Memnora, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for a Memnora subscription in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use only free features.

Termination

You may stop using Memnora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. It forms part of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above changes when we revise this document.
