Delete your account

Deletion is permanent. It removes your recordings, transcripts, thoughts, threads, entities, and profile from our systems. Memnora cannot recover a deleted memory — that is the whole point of the guarantee.

Fastest: in the app

Open Memnora → Settings →Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and deletion starts immediately.

Can't open the app? Fill this in and we'll confirm your identity, then remove your data. We aim to process requests within 7 days.
